Belushi's & St Christopher's Inn is looking for a sous chef for its new bar/brasserie in the 19th. Food is traditional French brasserie style plus a few American/English favourites.

You must be able to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, and lead a team of up to 3 kitchen staff.
Immediate start.
Staff accommodation available if required.
Must speak English or French (or both).

Knowledge of food is essential. We are looking for someone to join our team who is hard working, efficient and able to think on their feet in a high volume environment. Past experience of kitchen admin duties (ordering, rosters, etc) is a bonus.
