Located 2km from Garcia and Mora La Nova, excellent access off the main road but still tranquill. Walking distance along the river, either side of the poperty are two very popular restaurants with bar. One is 5 mins and the other approx 10 mins. There is a large house of 200sq m at the beginning of the land set high up from the river that is liveable but needs some work. There are also two ruins that could be reformed and used maybe as guest accommodation. Below the house the land is 1.5 hectares down to the river with peach trees. This would be ideal for a fishing business as in B&B etc or just for living. More posting information
